Permanence: The Law on the Organization of Courts and the Law on Places and Areas of Courts and Prosecutor’s Offices
Structure: It is composed of a President, one or more vice-presidents, judges on various areas of expertise and organizational units
Appointment: The president of the court is elected from among the judges of the same rank or higher, for four years and can be re-elected president of the same court. The National Assembly elects the president of the court, at the proposal of the High Judicial Council.
Financial Autonomy: budget adopted in standard procedure.
