On June 5th, RAI Delegation comprised of Mr. Davor Dubravica, RAI Chairperson, Mr. Vladan Joksimovic, Head of RAI Secretariat and Mr. Tomislav Curic, Anti-corruption Expert held a bilateral meeting between and Ministry of Justice of Georgia.
Georgia holds the status of Observer to RAI Steering Group since December 2016 and this was an opportunity to discuss the future cooperation and participation of Georgia in RAI activities.
Ministry of Justice of Georgia expressed the need for expertise, and would welcome RAI assistance, in the field of corruption risk assessment, protection of whistleblowers and conflict of interest and asset disclosure. Also other potentials for RAI support in specific anti-corruption areas were discussed.
