The 17th RAI Steering Group (SG) Meeting took place in Zagreb, Croatia, on July 12, 2013. The event was hosted by the Croatian Ministry of Justice. The main decision taken at the event was the election of Mr. Kiro Cvetkov as new Anti-Corruption Expert of the RAI Secretariat. The implementation of Protocol Amending the Memorandum of Understanding concerning Cooperation in Fighting Corruption through the South-Eastern European Anti-Corruption Initiative (signed in Zagreb on July 11, 2013) was discussed during the Meeting.
During the meeting Mrs. Suzana Ivanovic, Senior Expert on Justice and Home Affairs from Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), presented the South East Europe 2020 Strategy. Also, Mr. Ruslan Stefanov, SELDI Coordinator from Bulgarian non-governmental organization Center for the Study of Democracy, presented SELDI Project.
