RAI Participated in the Kick-Off Meeting of the Democratic Cohort Titled “Anticorruption Policies as a Guarantee for National Security, Stability and Sovereignty”

RAI Secretariat was invited by the Ministry of Justice of Bulgaria, CSD, SELDI Network and the Basel Institute on Governance to participate in the online kick-off meeting of the democratic cohort titled “Anticorruption policies as a guarantee for national security, stability and sovereignty”. The meeting was held today with the Bulgaria‘s Minister of Justice Mr Krum Zarkov emphasising the critical role of anti-corruption policies in guaranteeing national security, stability and sovereignty.

RAI has been invited to partner the cohort and the Head of RAI Secretariat took part in the meeting and reconfirmed RAI Secretariat’s commitment to support the governments and civil society in the region in building strong alliances to fight all levels and forms of corruption.

Two RAI members – Bulgaria and Moldova – are taking the lead on the anti-corruption cohorts under the framework of the Summit for Democracy.
