This training is intended for judges, prosecutors, and trainees of the Judicial Training Institutes in South East Europe. The three-hour training will familiarise the attendees with the essential elements of digital evidence, digital forensics and digital material identification, acquisition, and analysis. It will also give an overview of established best practices in handling and presenting digital material as evidence in trials and tribunals.

The workshop will be delivered by the international expert Jon Blake from Cognitas Global, a leading practical learning institution.

The training is organized under the regional project “Combating corruption and organized crime in the Western Balkans through strengthening regional cooperation in asset recovery,” implemented by the AIRE Centre in partnership with the RAI Secretariat, and funded by the UK Government.
