RAI will support the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) and participate in the Regional Mobility Programme in 2024.
ReSPA Regional Mobility Programme is a unique opportunity for civil servants from the Western Balkans to meet peers from leading international institutions, including the Regional Anti-corruption Initiative, Regional Youth Cooperation, Regional Cooperation Council, CEFTA Secretariat, Transport Community, Office, Centre of Excellence in Finance, Western Balkans Fund and Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum.
This tailor-made regional mobility programme is created for civil servants with 3 – 8 years of working experience in public administration, who would like to learn more about relevant EU policies and how these policies are impacting their daily work in Ministries coordinating EU integration, regional cooperation, policy planning and strategies, public administration, or public institutions dealing with specific sectoral policies.
Public administration cooperation exchanges are important for enhancing public administrations and boosting regional cooperation. The mobility of civil servants fosters a dynamic and responsive governance system. It enables the exchange of ideas, best practices, and expertise, enhancing administrative capabilities and innovative policy solutions.
