Webinar “Case study, practice and implementation of the legislation on confiscation of assets resulting from criminal activity”

26th October 2022- The webinar, organised by AIRE Centre and Anti-Corruption Initiative (RAI), gathered judges, prosecutors and other legal professionals from the Western Balkans jurisdictions. Experienced lecturers Radmila Dragicevic Dicic, Judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation of the Republic of Serbia, Eldan Mujanovic, Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Sarajevo and Natasa Trininic, Deputy Prosecutor at the Prosecutors Office for Organised Crime of the Republic of Serbia, shared their experience and knowledge about the legislation on confiscation of assets resulting from criminal activity in practice.

More than 50 participants from all over the Western Balkans, who had the opportunity to ask questions to the lecturers regarding the presentations, used this unique opportunity to join and to openly discuss as well as to exchange their experiences and good practices with each other.
