Regional Anti-corruption Initiative (RAI) Secretariat in partnership with the Youth Network of Montenegro (YNM) is delivering the two-day youth event “Youth engagement in fight against corruption” that will gather 30 participants, including youth from political parties and the civil sector.

The general goal of the initiative is to increase the level of information and awareness of young people in Montenegro about the phenomenon of corruption in various spheres of social life, with an emphasis on acquiring the knowledge to recognize and adequately respond to this social phenomenon. The specific goal of the initiative is to present to the young participants of the initiative the decision-making process in the parliamentary committee, with an emphasis on the normative acts in the field of anti-corruption and „whistle-blower” protection.

The youth event will take place in Budva, Montenegro on March 31 – April 1, 2022, in the framework of the EU-funded project “Breaking the Silence: Enhancing Whistleblowing Policies and Culture in the Western Balkans and Moldova”.
