15-17 November 2017 Lisbon, Portugal: RAI attends EPAC/EACN Annual Professional Conference and General Assembly

The 17^th Annual Professional Conference and  session of the General Assembly is held in Lisbon, Portugal from 15 to 17 November 2017, kindly hosted by the Portuguese Inspectorate General of Home Affairs  (IGAI). Head of RAI Secretariat present the work of Regional Anti-corruption Initiative with particular focus on International Instrument on Exchange of Data for the Verification of Asset Declaration.
The Conference is dedicated to the latest developments in law enforcement at international and European level; measurement of corruption, integrity and anti-corruption efforts, as well as money and politics/corruption and the financing of political parties.
RAI has been granted the Observer status to EPAC/EACN at the 16th Annual Professional Conference  in November last year.
 

 

EPAC/EACN have been convening for an annual conference, accompanied by a General Assembly session, on an annual basis. The first formal conference took place in Vienna, Austria in 2004, only comprising EPAC members. EACN has been part of the annual conference since 2008, the year of its foundation.
